Small and already black in October, the Leccino olive grows peacefully in our olive grove. As the most frequently cultivated olive in Italy, it is the expression of the Italian passion for olive growing. Here, in Italy's northernmost olive-growing region, it develops a special mildness and light sweetness, which is particularly tasty when preserved in brine and can be used in numerous ways.
